Chat Studio

The Chat Studio is the canvas where you can chat with existing Personas that you've created or ones from a Workspace, or edit them.

Chat with Personas

• In the Chat Studio, Chat with an existing Persona from "My Personas" or the various Workspaces.

Editing the Persona

• If you want to tweak the behaviour of a Persona you own, simply click Edit Persona from the options, to edit the Persona's behaviour.
• If you want to tweak the behaviour of a Persona that resides in a Workspace, Open the Persona in the Persona Playground, and fine-tune it. Once you're happy with the results, Edit the Persona, and replace the behaviour.
• As always, you can leverage a Handlebar syntax to feed variables into the Persona's design.

Parameterization

• Use handlebar syntax like {{name}} to make conversations dynamic and data rich.
• Variables are passed in at conversation start, and set the context and behaviour for the conversation.

Integrating AI

• Your Persona can communicate with various AI systems like GPT-4, Claude, etc, but the API to integrate would not have any change.
• The AI generates responses based on the dialog flow you authored, and the conversation structure is standardized across AI systems.

Testing and Refining

• Share Personas with other users in a Workspace, so they can experience and suggest/improve the Persona.
• Refine continuously by analyzing chat logs to look for feedback from end users, once you integrate and go live.

Deployment

• Copy your completed Persona to a Workspace.
• Expose it as an API with one click.
• Integrate the Persona into your apps, sites, etc.
