Built-in Version Control
Hyperleap AI Workspaces come with a robust built-in version control system for Prompts that streamlines collaboration and provides transparency.
Prompt Versioning
Every update to a prompt requires you to create a new version that can be independently accessed. This also allows for rolling back or analyzing past versions with ease.
Lock Down Previous Versions
Once a version is live, only Workspace Admins can edit it. This prevents uncontrolled changes to stable prompts.
Set Default Version
Easily designate any prompt version as the default to be used for API calls. If an API call doesn't specify the version, it picks the default version. So, setting a default version allows you to switch between versions seamlessly, without any code changes whatsoever.
No Limits on Versions
Create as many Prompt versions as needed for iterative testing and improvements. Version history expands automatically.
Note on Versioning in Personas (Or Lack of It)
Versioning is a concept unique to Prompts (but not Personas), since prompts are integrated into apps and processes to drive business decisions. Unlike Prompts, Personas are integrated into conversational experiences that work by defining the characteristics of how the conversation should happen.
A rapid iteration for the description of the bot's behaviour drives such experiences and is an integral part of Persona design. While Personas don't have versions, changes are logged for transparency and audit purposes.
With robust version control capabilities built directly into Workspaces, Hyperleap AI enables organized collaboration and oversight for impactful AI adoption across teams.
