Convert to API with One Click

Personas in Workspaces are accessible from the Chat Studio. In the Chat studio, locate the Workspace, and go to the Persona you want to integrate with and "Enable API". The Persona is available instantly for accessing via an API.

Language-Agnostic Integration

Our REST APIs allow integration using any programming language like Python, Java, C#, NodeJs etc.

Real-Time Updates

Any changes made to the Personas in a Workspace are instantly reflected in the API output. If you wish to experiment with changing the Persona, open it in Persona Playground, and replace the Persona by editing it in the Workspace.

There is no need to redeploy or restart applications while making changes to the Persona. However, tread caution while editing Workspace Personas that are already integrated into live environments.
