Collaborating on Personas

To make your personal personas available for integration, you need to copy them to a Workspace:

Go to My Personas from Chat Studio, and locate the persona you want to collaborate on.
Click on "Duplicate to Workspace".

Select the Workspace you want the persona to be copied into.
The persona will now be available in the Workspace for anyone to collaborate on.
Besides, moving a persona into a Workspace allows you to activate API endpoints that can be integrated into your apps and processes.

💡Tip: Add related personas to the same Workspace to group them by app or function.
Use descriptive Workspace names like "Customer Service" or "Marketing" or a Product's name for clarity.
